On 5th December 2023, an Internet business legal service initiative, which is jointly organized by the authorities in Xuhui District, Shanghai and Caohejing Hi-tech Park, is unveiled in Shanghai. The event features presentation and discussion centering on “Embracing AI-generated Content (AIGC): Legal Challenges and Practical Guide in the era of Generative Artificial Intelligence”.

From 28th to 29th November 2023, under the auspices of the Guangdong Administration for Market Regulation (Guangdong Intellectual Property Administration), the 28th Training Session on the Fundamental Skills of Newly Qualified Patent Attorneys, which is organized by the Guangdong Patent Agency Association (GDPAA), is held in Guangzhou.

Under the auspices of China Chemical Enterprise Management Association (CCEMA), Shanghai Polyurethane Industry Association (SPUIA) and Shanghai Pudong Intellectual Property Association (SPIPPA), the 2023 Chemical Intellectual Property and Innovation Development Forum (CIPIDF) is convened in Shanghai on November 24, 2023.

In the morning of 1st November 2023, the Seminar on “China’s 5th Trade Mark Law Revision”, which is hosted by the Intellectual Property Office of the United Kingdom (UKIPO), is held at the British Ambassador’s Residence.
