Wanhuida Senior Associate lectures on trademark and trade name conflict
On 17th April 2024, the training session themed “Trademark Registration & Exemplary Case Analysis over Conflicts between Trademarks and Trade Names” is held in Beijing. The training session is jointly organized by the Beijing Intellectual Property Protection Center (BJIPPC) Beijing ETOWN (Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area) Branch and Beijing Intellectual Property Public Service Beijing ETOWN Center.
Lu Xue, Senior Associate of Wanhuida Intellectual Property gives an informative and intriguing lecture on how to avoid the pitfalls in trademark registration and use. She also analyses a selected list of exemplary cases concerning the conflicts between trademarks and trade names.
The training session is held both online and offline. Around 130 participants attend the session.
