From 17th to 18th April 2024, under the auspices of the China Intellectual Property Society (CIPS), the “Oversea IP Portfolio & Protection Practice” Training Session, which is jointly organized by Xiamen Intellectual Property Association and Wanhuida Intellectual Property, is held in Xiamen.
Li Bin, the firm’s Partner and Management Committee member serves as a lecturer at the training session. Ms. Li speaks on “Trademark Portfolio and Risk Prevention in Corporate Globalisation”, identifying the trademark pitfalls in the corporate globalization effort, providing guidance on strategizing risk prevention and control, and corporate trademark portfolio management from a case law perspective.
The training session host over 150 trainees including in-house counsels and IP firm representatives. The firm’s Partner Shi Liyan and Attorneys-at-law Fu Ye, Liao Ting and Wang Hui also attend the event.
