On September 17, 2026, the “2026 China IP Road Show Webinar”, which is organized by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), is held virtually.

Featuring “Strategies for Expediting Your Patent Applications in China: What US Companies Need to Know”, the Webinar aims to offer valuable practical information about prioritized patent examination, pre-examination and other tools to expedite patent applications in China.

The event is kicked off by Elaine Wu, Principal Counsel and Director, China Team, Office of Policy and International Affairs (OPIA), USPTO. Xie Minnan, Partner, Wanhuida Intellectual Property shares insights on “Prioritized Patent Examination in China: How it differs from ‘Track One’ Examination at the USPTO”. Fellow speaker Tom Moga, Partner, Dykema speaks on “Patent Examination at CNIPA: A U.S. Practitioner’s Perspective, including additional tools to expedite patent applications in China”.
