On July 9, 2026, Managing IP reveals the 2026 Top 250 Women in IP by IP Stars. The 2026 edition features 250 exceptional female IP practitioners in private practice from more than 50 jurisdictions across the world.
The Top 250 lists recognises senior IP practitioners who consistently go above and beyond for their clients and firms. Research for the list primarily considers the work a practitioner has done for her firm and clients, as well as their activities in the IP community, such as IP education or advocacy work or improving the IP system in their countries or region. Released every year, the list shines a spotlight on the contribution of women practitioners in the IP profession.
More than 35 new names have been included in the list this year, while more than 150 practitioners have retained their place on the list, having been included in 2025.
REN Haiyan, Partner of Wanhuida Intellectual Property and member of the firm’s Management Committee, makes the list this year. She has been ranked since 2020.
