From 18 to 20 March 2026, the IPTA 2026 Annual Conference takes place in Adelaide, Australia.

Xiaoyang first gives the audience an overview introduction on the ABCs of the Chinese patent litigation regime, followed by a statistical analysis on the status quo of the patent prosecution, litigation and invalidity landscape in China. She concludes her presentation by diving into a few exemplary cases litigated by the firm, offering a glimpse into the practice surrounding patent invalidity, administrative litigation and infringement civil action in China.
