Wanhuida Partner listed as one of INTA’s Rising Stars
Time:Jan 14 2026

On January 14, 2026, the International Trademark Organisation (INTA) releases its list of 2025 - 2026 Rising Stars.

Launched in 2022, the Rising Stars Program is designed to identify and cultivate future leaders and contributors to the IP profession. The Rising Stars were recommended by committee chairs, vice chairs, and staff liaisons for demonstrating a commitment to the profession or INTA through substantive IP work or dynamic skills, such as achievements as a speaker, author, project team contributor, or committee contributor.

He Wei, Partner, Wanhuida Intellectual Property is one of the four Rising Stars recognized by the Association in China.

He Wei has been an active INTA member. He used to serve the organisation’s Geographical Indications Committee and Copyright Committee. He is currently a member of the Unfair Competition Committee. In his capacity as part of the INTA China Task Force, Wei is one of the contributing authors of the INTA "Know Before You Go" Report Series, which is a set of Country Guides detailing in mandarin the strategic advice of intellectual property protection for Chinese brands to go global.

The latest group of Rising Stars will meet virtually in March with INTA President Deborah Hampton, INTA CEO Etienne Sanz de Acedo, and other experienced leaders and be invited to attend the Rising Stars reception at the 2026 Annual Meeting to connect with peers and members of INTA’s Board of Directors.
