Speaking before an audience comprising of the members of the Anti-Counterfeiting Committee of the Association des Praticiens du Droit des Marques et des Modèles (Association of Trade Mark and Design Law Practitioners, APRAM), Yongjian and Binbin share the latest legislative developments in China’s newly amended Anti-Unfair Competition Law and the draft amendment of the Trademark Law.
