Fan Yongming is a Partner and an Attorney-at-law based in the firm's Beijing office, where he has been practicing since 2010.

Yongming’s practice primarily concentrates on planning, formulating and executing IP enforcement programs in China for oversee clients across a range of industries, including spirits, luxury, IT, fashion, machinery, among others. Based on his experiences in civil litigation, administrative action, customs protection and domain name dispute resolution, Yongming is capable of tailoring enforcement strategy for right owners from different sectors. His expertise also extends to IP and advertisement compliance evaluation and examination.

Yongming has provided insights to the clients on some complex legal issues such as registration and enforcement of 3D trademark, trade dress protection, control of grey market, and defense against bad-faith litigation.
