HUANG Mei is an attorney-at-law based in the firm’s Beijing office. Her practice focuses on the intellectual property law, in particular trademark prosecution and contentious matters.
Mei has been practising trademark law since 2005. She has handled thousands of trademark prosecution cases and has gradually extended her practice to trademark-related litigation. She has abundant experience in trademark opposition, invalidation, review of cancelation, registration and protection of geographical indications, trademark purchase, Customs recordal and border interception, as well as domain name disputes. She also advises clients on formulating and executing strategy on building solid trademark portfolio, enforcing trademark rights, and other non-contentious matters.
