On June 18 and June 19, 2010, Joint Conference on Judiciary Protection of IPR organized by QBPC and Jiangsu High People's Court was held in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. Chief Judge Kong Xiangjun, judges from 16 local courts and experts were invited to attend the seminar, which covered the following topics:

1) the current situation of IPR judicial protection policy

2) the research of the legal issues related to non-infringement defenses in the IP litigation

3) the research of the legal issues related to the rights conflict in the intellectual property rights

4) the research of the legal issues related to the unfair competition and intellectual property contract
