On February 5, 2010, the QBPC Membership Training was held in the office of China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment (CAEFI). Participants had hot discussions on the Implementing Regulations of Patent Law and the SPC Judicial Interpretation on Civil Patent Litigation as well as the Internet IPR infringement crime investigation.
