On June 30, the 4th IP Salon of People's Daily Online was held in Beijing. WHD lawyer, Mr. Xia Zhize attended the salon.

The discussion was focused on the "Supreme People's Court's Judiciary Interpretations on Patent Infringement Cases". Mr. Jiang Zhipei, former Chief Judge of the SPC IPR Tribunal and Mr. Zhao Jiaxiang, former Director of Board of Design Appeal of the SIPO Patent Reexamination Board were invited. Dozens of attendees made in-depth discussion on the arrangements and content of the interpretation, as well as the problems in patent infringement trials.
