On June 26th, WHD Founding Partner Mr. Bai Gang and Junior Partner Mr. Liu Bin attended the Seminar on the "Hot Topics in Criminal IPR Trials" jointly organized by No.2 Criminal Tribunal of the Supreme People's Court and QBPC in Jiashan County, Zhejiang Province.

Nearly 50 criminal judges and other representatives from the Supreme People's Procuratorate of the People's Republic of China, the Ministry of Public Security and the relevant administrative agencies were invited to attend the meeting.

During the seminar, discussions were mainly focused on the "Criminal Protection of Trademark Rights and Patent Rights", "Criminal Protection of Business Secret" and "Criminal Protection of Copyrights".
