Trademark Litigation Law Manual (hereinafter referred to as the Manual) is compiled by Huang Hui and Huang Yibiao, two senior partners of our firm, by summarizing their long-term experience of research and practice in trademark litigation field.
Catering to the needs of varied readers including judges, lawyers, teachers, and students, the Manual gives priority to laws and regulations concerning trademark with due consideration to those involving patent, copyright and unfair competition. It embodies international laws, national laws as well as the laws of application of law. Compiled in the order of “substantive law first, procedure law second” and “special law first, common law second”, the Manual distinguishes itself in the Timetable attached, sequencing laws in a temporal order (when they took effect), and an Index of Keywords with which all the provisions related can be searched.
The Manual is the first book of the trademark series, and the following two，Trademark Litigation Practice Guides and Trademark Litigation Case Analysis will be published by the Law Press later.
