Sources indicated in the working conference on rectifying commercial bribery and advancing anti-unfair competition enforcement held by Shandong Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce on March 18, that the SAIC will focus on rectifying commercial bribery and combating ''Bang Ming Pai'' (trade name and trade dress squatting) in 2008.

The AIC organs at various levels will carry on the Special Campaign against the Acts of ''Bang Ming Pai'' in combating the acts of using an oversea registered enterprise name (including that of a foreign or regional enterprise used in China) that contains the trade name of another person that has acquired a certain market reputation under the name of contract, agreement, entrusted processing, authorized application and manufacture supervision.
