3. Real estate law

Real estate law is one of Wan Hui Da Guan Qin’s major practices. We participated more than ten real estate development projects such as land development, project registration, mortgage or assignment. Currently we are handling some real estate files include project transfer and restructure. Our main work include:

Assist clients in real estate project registration, examination and approval procedures;
Plan financing plan. Assist in communicating with developer, investor and the bank;
Land use right allocation and assignment. Assist client handling land purchase, allocation and assignment, draft land occupation compensation and relocation agreement;

Real estate mortgage financing. Issue legal opinion on laws applied to land use right, engineering under construction or mortgage financing through real estate; draft loan contract, mortgage contract or other documents.

Real estate sales or lease: We assist client in formulating sales or leasing plan, select sales or advertising agency, draft, review pre-sale contract, sales contract, lease agreement, property management agreement or other legal document. Arrange signature of pre-sale contract or lease agreement and witness signature.

Property management: We assist client in organizing or recruiting property management company. Assist management company organize real estate owners’ meeting, establish house owner administrative institutions. Draft and review property management regulations and other related document.

Real estate dispute: we handle various real estate litigation or arbitration matters.
