We usually act as the legal council on a long-term basis to assist client handling internal or external legal issues and provide our opinions independently and objectively. For example, we are able to provide effective solutions on corporate structure, management structure adjustment or re-organization, merger and acquisition, equity transfer, venture capital, financing and lease.

As the legal council of the clients, we usually start from our checklist first and then start work based on the exact demand of clients. We usually establish a team composed of two attorneys to act as the legal council for clients on a long-term basis. The team will communicate with client on a regular basis and provide continues legal support. We arrange the most appropriate professionals in the firm to handle specific legal issues in different industry.
