The Patent Department include 12 patent attorneys covering specialties such as chemistry equipment, mining and heavy machinery, semiconductor technologies, electronic and electric appliance, home appliance, radio communication, inorganic material, metallurgy, organic synthesis material, macromolecular material, drug and bio-materials. All the attorneys have the bachelor’s degrees in science or engineering, profound knowledge of engineering and technology, rich experiences in patent service, and bilingual ability for their profession. Most of them used to be senior examiners of Chinese Patent Office (State Intellectual Property Office) or experts of Patent Re-examination Board and were trained in the Patent Office in US, Japan or Germany. They are engaged in patent work for many years and possess rich knowledge of law and practice.
