Our Attorneys:
The
Litigation Department includes 3 full-time lawyers all based
in Beijing Headquarter, cooperating with 7 lawyers in other
departments of Wan Hui Da, 5 in Bejing, 1 in Guangzhou and
1 in Ningbo. Dr. Huang Hui, partner in charge of this Department,
is the first Ph.D. in civil law specializing in trademark
law in China, who has been invited to be the arbitrator of
China International Economy & Trade Arbitration Committee
(CIETAC). He has rich experiences in theoretical researches
and practice. The rest of the staff is also selected into
the Department carefully through strenuous professional trainings.
The responsibility of the lawyers includes: provide pre-proceeding
consultancy; collect evidence as requested by clients; prepare
and submit petition to the court; attend the hearing before
the court; follow up monitoring work after the hearing; coordination
with the courts at all levels;
