- Representing YETI in suing the ringleader counterfeiters from a major criminal prosecution proceeding in a trademark infringement litigation, obtained court injunction and damages of RMB 20 million (including 10 million punitive damages). The case was selected as one of the winning deals of the 2024 Deals of the Year Award by China Business Law Journal.
- Representing New Balance in winning a trademark infringement litigation against the manufacturer and seller of infringing products, as well as an e-commerce platform in Putian, Fujian, obtained injunction and damages of 2 million. The platform was also held jointly and severally liable for trademark infringement. The case was selected as one of the Top Ten Civil cases in 2024 by QBPC (Quality Brands Protection Committee of China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment).
- Representing New Balance in obtaining a permanent court injunction and landmark damages of RMB 30.04 million (inclusive of reasonable costs) in the second instance of a trademark infringement and unfair competition litigation against a copycat before the China Supreme Court. The case was selected as one of the Top Ten Civil cases in 2023 by QBPC.
- Representing Hong Kong jeweler Luk Fook in winning a trademark infringement and unfair competition litigation against a copycat, obtaining damages of over 6 million. The case was selected as one of the Exemplary Trademark cases of 2019 in Shenzhen and as one of the winning deals of the 2020 Deals of the Year Award by China Business Law Journal.
- Representing a famous technology company in winning a trademark infringement litigation against a local infringer, which leads to the first judicial well-known trademark recognition for the client’s house mark in Class 7 and damages of 2 million.
- Representing a famous golf brand in winning a trademark infringement litigation against an exhibitor offering to sell infringing products at Cantor fair, successfully obtaining damages of 1 million as promised by the same infringer in writing should it be found of repeated infringement.
- Representing a famous apparel brand in winning a trademark infringement litigation against a copycat that was engaged in the "transformative use" of its registered trademarks insofar that these altered trademarks mimick that of the client, obtained injunction and statutory damages of RMB 5 million.
