Wenhui (Wendy) Xu is a senior associate based in the firm's Shanghai Office, where she has been practicing since 2008.

 

Wendy's practice primarily focuses on the administrative and criminal enforcement of intellectual property rights and the ensuing court proceedings. She has advised over twenty clients, mostly multinationals and conglomerates in a wide range of industry sectors. She has abundant experience in investigation, evidence collection and enforcement against trademark counterfeiting and copyright piracy through administrative and criminal actions, as well as other non-contentious matters related to trademark, copyright and unfair competition.

 

She has been one of the lead counsels in the high-profile cases selected by local law enforcement authorities and/or judiciary for its significance, with quite a few criminal cases being widely reported by media.
