Jing SUN is a Senior Legal Counsel at the firm's Beijing office. She practices in the areas of intellectual property law with a focus on IP litigation cases including patent infringement and patent ownership disputes, trademark infringement and administrative litigation, and unfair completion cases related to trade secrets, domain name and trade name. She also advises clients on matters concerning administrative enforcement, customs protection, and online complaints.

Jing has served as a strategic counsel for many multinational and domestic companies, and also represented the client before the courts in various IP protection litigations.
