Wenjing Hu is a trademark consultant of Wanhuida Intellectual Property. She is an attorney-at-law admitted to practise in China since 2017.

She graduated from Osaka Institute of Technology Graduate School of Intellectual Property, and is familiar with Japanese laws related to intellectual property. After returning to China in 2011, she began to engage in trademark agency business, and handled a large number of trademark registration applications, oppositions, invalidations, cancellations and other trademark authorization and right confirmation cases, as well as trademark enforcement, trademark and copyright civil infringement litigation cases, and providing professional intellectual property legal services for Japanese enterprises to obtain rights protection, rights protection and trademark strategic layout in China.
