Ying’s practice covers a full spectrum of intellectual property services from trademark prosecution, complex trademark disputes, Customs protection, domain name issues, to copyright matters, and related administrative litigation. Her expertise primarily lies in the application for registration, opposition, review of refusal/opposition, invalidation, cancellation, as well as trademark administrative litigation matters.
