On July 24 - 26, 2025, the 2025 AIPPI China Youth IP Dialogue, which is hosted by AIPPI China, in combination with Hohhot International Chamber of Commerce, is convened in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia.

 

Themed “The Dynamics of Industrial Innovation and Market Order”, the event is dedicated to hone the professional competence and communication skills of young practitioners, which will be the backbone in improving future global intellectual property governance.

 

The event features 12 parallel sessions, covering an array of hot-button topics like AI & Industrial Innovation, Bad Faith in Confirmation of Trademark Right, Trademark Enforcement Strategies under the New Circumstances, Roadmap to High Quality Patents, Patent Challenges in Emerging Technologies, Global Governance of SEP and China’s Role, Patent Issues in Pharma and Chemical Fields, Overseas Patent Filing Strategies & Practices, Common Grounds for Trademark Refusals & Response Strategies, Pharma Patent Linkage & Patent Term Compensation, as well as Effective Design Protection: Less is More.
