On March 7, 2025, jointly led by Associate Professor and Doctoral Supervisor Zhang Taolue, Law School of Tongji University and Sven Klose, the German Co-Director of the Sino-German Institute for International Economic Law Tongji University, over 20 postgraduate students visit the premises of Wanhuida Intellectual Property Shanghai Office.

The professors and postgraduate students are warmly welcomed by the firm’s Partner Zhu Zhigang, Associate Zhang Xiaoquan and Paralegal Chen Shuangyani.

Chen Shuangyani gives the audience a brief introduction of the firm’s practice. She and Zhang Xiaoquan then respectively parse a litany of exemplary trademark infringement and patent administrative enforcement cases from a case law perspective.
