Wanhuida Partner speaks at INTA New York Conference

On March 19 - March 20, 2025, the INTA New York Conference, which features “Business of Trade Secrets: Navigating the Challenges and Opportunities in the Ever-Changing World of AI”, is convened in New York city.


The two-day Conference explores the role of trade secrets in maintaining a competitive advantage, dissects the relationship between trade secrets and other forms of intellectual property, including when to opt for trade secret protection, and how effectively to enforce trade secrets globally in the ever-changing AI landscape.


On March 20, the Session on “Enforcing Trade Secrets: Navigating Disputes and Evidence Gathering Strategies” is held. The session provides an overview of the multijurisdictional challenges in enforcing Trade Secrets from global perspectives.


Dr. S. Sam Li, Partner and Management Committee member of Wanhuida Intellectual Property and his fellow speakers parse the complexities of enforcing trade secrets and resolving disputes, by discussing common violations, litigating strategies, the practice of “forum-shopping”, new evidence-gathering options and interlocutory injunctions across China, Europe, India, and US. The engaging session is moderated by Christian Czychowski, Technology Contract Lawyer and Partner, NORDEMANN.
