On 19 - 22 October 2024, the 2024 AIPPI World Congress, which is jointly organized by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) and the AIPPI, is held in Hangzhou, China. Themed "Balanced Protection and Innovative Development of IP Rights", the event attracts 2,259 delegates from 92 countries and regions.

The Congress offers diverse sessions covering critical topics, including IP examination and protection in China, the UPC Pulse: one year in, a Patent Infringement Trial, Pharma Day with discussions on Drug Discovery and AI, Trade Mark Use in Pharmaceuticals, Patenting Microbiomes, among others.

On Monday October 21, 2024, the firm’s Partner Cai Ye attends the AIPPI Standing Committee on Trademarks and moderates AIPPI Café 6 - Keyword Advertising, sharing industrial insights with fellow panelists around the globe.
