On 28th March 2024, the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the China National Intellectual Property Association (CNIPA) host a joint policy dialogue in Beijing.

Member from various INTA advocacy committees engage in a productive dialogue on the consistency of trademark examination, protections afforded to non-traditional marks, and issues involving bad faith filings, co-existence agreements, and absolute ground refusals.
