From 7th to 8th December 2023, the “China Intellectual Property & Innovation Summit 2023” (CIPIS), which is organized by Conways, is held in Beijing.
The Summit features varied keynote speeches, panel discussions and parallel forums, covering hot-button topics like “Software Intellectual Property Protection”, “European Opposition Procedure & Tactics”, “The Constantly Changing SEP Landscape”, “IP & Anti-monopoly: Takeaways & Developing Trend of Compliance”, “Multinational’s Chinese Patent Operation in Boosting Foreign Investor Confidence in China”, “6G Vision & IP Assertion of Key Technology”, “Bad faith Trademark Registration & Unfair Competition”, “Chip Intellectual Property Strategy Guidance”, “Protection of Data Intellectual Property”, among others.
