On Wednesday October 15, 2025, World Intellectual Property Review (WIPR) announces its latest China PRC Trademarks Rankings of leading firms and practitioners.
The China PRC Trademark Rankings 2025 recognise local firms and individuals who are driving progress in one of the world’s most sophisticated IP markets, leveraging their expertise in prosecution, enforcement, litigation, and strategy and the deep understanding of China’s complex commercial and regulatory environment.
The 2025 PRC trademarks ranking is the result of month-long research encompassing in-depth market analysis, submission reviews, and extensive interviews with not only PRC firms, but also independently sourced referees and international lawyers.
Wanhuida Intellectual Property is ranked in the list of Outstanding Firms (top tier) in the non-contentious and contentious category. Dr. Huang Hui, the firm’s Partner and Management Committee member, is inducted in the Hall of Fame in both categories. Founding Partner and Management Committee Chair Bai Gang is included in the outstanding individuals on both fronts. Partner and Management Committee member Ren Haiyan is among the highly recommended individuals in the non-contentious field.
