On Tuesday October 7, 2025, the Lexology Index: IP 2025 report is launched. An in-depth guide to the international IP legal market, the report recognises the foremost patent, trademark and copyright lawyers standing out for their expertise on contentious and transactional matters, covering a wide range of industry sectors. The guide also identifies prominent patent and trademark agents and attorneys preparing, filing and prosecuting applications.

This year’s report features 3,084 lawyers, 72 barristers, and 284 consulting experts. It is the result of an extensive research process conducted by dedicated Lexology research team after gathering over 45,000 data points and conducting 1,100+ surveys and interviews worldwide. Only 39% of nominees recommended in the research are selected for inclusion.

Dr. Huang Hui, Ms. Ren Haiyan and Mr. Jason Yao, Partners and Management Committee members of Wanhuida Intellectual Property, as well as the firm’s Partners Mr. Yang Mingming and Mr. Li Yunquan are simultaneously ranked in the Trademarks category of the report.
