On December 19, 2011, the officials of Beijing Intellectual Property Bureau and Legislative Affairs Office of Beijing Government visited WHD to do research concerning the revision of the “Patent Protection and Promotion Regulations of Beijing”.  WHD senior partners YIN Xintian, HUANG Hui, partner LI Bin, manager of WHD patent department ZHANG Yijun and of counsel QI Deshan attended the meeting.

Later, Mr. YIN Xintian attended a forum co-hosted by the two authorities above on behalf of WHD and provided some suggestions on the revision issue.
