The third member congress of China Trademark Association (CTA) was held in the Great Hall of the People on October 10, 2011. Zhou Bohua, secretary of the Party Leadership Group and minister of the State Administration of Industry and Commerce attended the meeting and made important speech. After hearing work reports from the second council, a new council was elected.
