On June 8, 2010 Shunyi Brand Economic Forum was held by People'Government of Beijing Shunyi District. Mr. Zhao Gang, Deputy Director-General of Trademark Office of State Administration for Industry and Commerce, Mr. Zhang Yongming, Deputy Director-General of Beijing Administration for Industry and Commerce, Ms. Liu Yan, Secretary General of China Trademark Association, as well as officials from Shunyi IP Functional Departments were specially invited to attend and address the forum. During the meeting, Shunyi District was awarded the honor of "National Trademark Strategy Model Area". Several enterprises, whose trademarks were recently recognized as Beijing Famous Trademark or China Well-known Trademark, earned Brand-Promoting Fund.
